XDL 型淀粉過濾機工作原理與一般真空轉鼓過濾機基本相同。過濾時，槽體內的漿料在真空抽吸的作用下，在轉鼓的外表面形成一定厚度的淀粉顆粒預掛層，與濾布一起形成過濾介質，分離的濾液透過預掛層和濾網，依次經吸液管，分配閥和汽液分離器排出，水分低的外表面濾餅由刮刀刮下。在轉鼓運行過程中，完成了吸濾、卸料等工作過程。

Working principle of XDL starch filter is similar to that of common vacuum drum filter. When filtering, under effect of vacuum suction, stock in vat form starch particle coat on the drum surface and form filter medium with filter cloth, separated filtrate go through precoat and filter cloth, pipettes, distributing valve and gas-solid separator in turn, then, discharged. Filter cake with lower moisture is scraped off by the scraper. During the process of drum operation it completes all the work and suction, filter, and discharge.
